January Day 11

Food has been good consistently. I am glad that I mapped out my "daily 11" (a omnivorous version of the "daily 12"). It has helped me to see that I am indeed eating a healthy diet. Since I eat the same breakfasts, lunches and snacks every day, and only my dinner is different, it seemed a bit tiresome to keep mapping out my adherence to the daily 11. Tonight's dinner was skillet chicken in a gluten free mushroom sauce with asparagus.

I did my upper body resistance training exercises and dumbbells. I felt less pain afterwards today. I wonder if that is due to the extra amino acids that I am taking? But I am also a lot more tired after meals. I also wonder if that is due to the extra amino acids that I'm taking? I also got my step goal again.
