Its been awhile.

A bit of time has passed since my last blog entry. Other than the awesome year of 2020, not much has changed with me. I did work through the pandemic because I am retail at a grocery store. So that was fun. I am still living the keto lifestyle, but I did put on around 15ish pounds last year. I strayed away a few times and made not so healthy choices. It was my fault, I am over it and moving on. I have decided to incorporate fasting into my lifestyle. I am on day 5 and so far I feel great. I really need to work on getting more sleep though, that is affecting me and my weight loss. My stepson is getting married in September and I really want to shed this last 45 pounds to get to my goal weight. There are going to be so many pictures taken that day and I want to feel comfortable. So that is my main motivation now. I will blog weekly with progress on my fasting if anyone is curious about it. My weight has not moved yet, but it will take a few weeks before I start seeing changes. I did take measurements, I will remeasure a month into my journey. Thats all for now! Have a wonderful day!!!
