So far so good and planning a restaurant meal

I have been tracking nutrition and exercise for 36 days.I have slowly upped my exercise and I am making better choices about what I eat. My husband does the cooking in our house and he gets upset when I won’t eat what he’s made or only a little of it. Too bad! He’s not my mother. I will continue to do what’s good for me. He is very overweight and I think he is unhappy that he has lost his eating partner. Too bad for him. I’m starting to feel a little better. The exercise is good for me. I have actually lost more then the six pounds because I lost some weight before I started tracking again. I am a little concerned about Tuesday because we are going out with friends for the first time in a year to eat dinner in an outside restaurant. We have all been vaccinated. We will wear masks until the food is served. I’m already thinking about what to order. I looked up the menu of this Italian restaurant that they picked.They picked it because of the outside seating area. I’m leaning toward shrimp or veal with peppers and onions and marinara sauce. The restaurant lets you have veggies instead of pasta and it comes with a house salad dressing on the side. And I can take half of the entree home for another day, I don’t want to undo 36 days of work for one meal. Oh and I plan to skip the bread basket too! I will let you know how it goes next Sunday. Meanwhile, I am getting my first professional manicure in a year tomorrow and my first haircut in a year on Tuesday. So I am looking forward to this week. Lots of rewards!
