After THREE years on a plateau, I am declining!

After spending nearly 3 years at a “plateau” (LOL), I finally figured things out, and have started to lose some weight. Today, March 12, 2021 I have a reached a new low weight since joining SP. The BIG change that I made was limiting my sugar intake. At the end of January 2021, I took pictures of everything that I ate, and I asked for feedback. “Too much sugar” was the main response. So, since the first week of February 2021, I have limited my sugar. The result has been about a 7 pound lose this past month. Now, to keep it going!

    CONGRATS Mo, I knew you could do it and you did. Keep at it and it will become just your new way of living. Making new habits is not easy but you are making it happen. NEVER GIVE UP !!!

    My daughter in law cut out sugar and lost 10 pounds. I didn’t think she needed to loose that much since she is thin.
