Trying Something New!

I had been doing a thing where I was watching my carbs, avoiding sweets, and exercising. I was successful in losing weight this way, but it just didn't feel like something I could continue doing long term. I love bread, pasta, etc., and I wanted to be able to eat them without feeling guilty. I did Weight Watchers many, many years ago and wasn't super successful, but I also wasn't very motivated. My work had paid for everyone to do something to improve their health, so a bunch of us decided to do Weight Watchers. I really didn't try to hard.

I decided to give Weight Watchers another go and so far, so good! I started at the end of February, so I haven't been doing it for even a month yet. I can eat so many more things- more vegetables, fruit, etc. I can make all the things I enjoy fit into my eating plan without feeling bad about it. I am on the blue plan, so there are over 200 zero point foods that I can eat. I am more motivated than I have been in quite awhile, and am enjoying attending the online meetings.

Anyone else currently doing WW?
