these things i own

Tuesday, April 06, 2021

one of my biggest admissions i have to make to myself is that i self sabotage.
i have done so for years and i have to stop!!!
any time i have a successful week, bi week or month, i indulge as a "reward".
i know it is only going to lead to a set back and i know i will have to work even harder to get "back":
one of my issues i need to address and work on is breakfast meal prepping.
early morning work hours makes it way too easy to grab a high carb banana or make toast with butter.
fruit is an easy go to.
but i want to stay lower carb.
this is one of my goals for today is to find foods that are not so high in carbs that i can prep for a quick morning grab on the go.
then to turn that scale back to the number i was at last week.
too much carelessness over the weekend led to an expected gain.

I don't know. Maybe keep boiled eggs in the refrigerator? Sprinkle cinnamon on cottage cheese add a low carb fruit. Do berries have a lot of carbs? Take care and be safe.

I make cheese & bacon egg bites in my muffin tin. Good grab and go low carb breakfast.
