Week 2 (beginning) of Spring 5% Challenge

I did fairly well at intentionally filling bottles of H2O ahead of time last week. I will be keeping that up and working to drink at least 3 x 700 ml = 2100 ml of water > eight 8oz cups of water.

This week the challenge is to track everything you eat in the food tracker.

    emoticon on the water challenge. Food tracking is harder for me. Lately I have been trying record what I plan to eat in the Sparkpeople tracker instead of waiting until the end of the day. I tried to track during the day but that does not happen to often. emoticon

    That's a great strategy. Having a large water bottle or glass always handy does help to remind us to keep drinking that water! emoticon

    Good for you 😊 I only wish I could drink more. I have tried different cups, flavor packets etc. But nothing helps
