Chapter 38, Day 37

I've changed my eating plan, adding some more carbohydrates in the form of the starches I had eliminated from lunch and dinner. I recently made this change to increase my daily calories to 1200. Surprising to me, my snack cravings have re-surfaced. I was sure hoping they were gone for good. It's a daily battle I don't want a part of my life, after 3 months of having mostly none. Sigh....
After losing 25#, my BMI is now in the normal range, though I have not declared that I have begun maintenance, preferring to lose another 10#. I've been reading that the maintenance phase is harder than actually losing the weight. I think I am beginning to understand why. Your thoughts?
Need to keep pushing my Plan for more progress.
