From Cardio to Cholesterol

DH does not have a weight problem or a cholesterol problem. He loves the gym. He is my motivator. We got up early and went. I did a great cardio work out today and some resistive exercises. We had to pick something up in Denham Springs. On the way home we stopped at a roadside diner for a bite. It was 10:30 and they weren't serving lunch yet. I told him to order me whatever he gets. (I was in the bathroom when the waitress took the order). When my plate came it was a Big Mans Breakfast: 2 eggs, huge homemade biscuit, hashbrowns, bacon, grits and 2 huge pancakes. Oh my! Well I couldn't resist the biscuit. It was about 400 calories of heaven. I ate the bacon and an egg. I took the side of grits, and one egg to go for my breakfast tomorrow. I also took the 2 pancakes for him tomorrow. He ate almost all of his. Oh well- why he stays slim is beyond me. He hates grits. The next time we go to that restaurant, I am going to order one egg and 2 pieces of bacon. I will eat his grits. That way I stay within the confines of my calorie range. Needless to say- I had a very light dinner and no snacks. Do I feel guilty, remorseful? Not one bit but I won't make that mistake again. Tomorrow is another day and I will start with my whole grain and protein. LOL.
I must emphasize that NO he is not trying to sabotage my efforts. I said I'll have what you have and that is what I got LOL!
