I started my day with a 5 am workout because I had to prep for court all day. Thankfully, I can do all this from home for now. There is nothing like sitting around the computer with 4 attorneys at 8 am. We are also a person down at work which means the redistribution of WORK! Everybody wants everything now and I frankly don't have the energy to do it.
GOAL: no stress eating. I've had moderate success. I am writing this blog instead of sucking down another dark chocolate bar and at 7:30, I will walk. No matter what is happening at my desk, I will move. I ate 3 bowls of popcorn at lunch and an apple.
I just wanted to say hi and let you know I am thinking of you. Even if I am not commenting on blogs, it's just exhaustion. I am reading and scrolling at pics because they really are peace and happiness. Especially the flowers, kids and success!! Keep spreading that positivity for those of that need the inspiration.
