Laundry. Husband needed a clean shirt with farm logo for his market day tomorrow.
Grocery shopping. The store I shopped at yesterday didn’t have everything on my list, just as well since I found some good sales at today’s store. I bought salmon and pork tenderloin, NO chicken this week, and maybe none next week either. We’ve been eating loads of chicken since that’s what our little old cat wanted.
Pool, late afternoon. Mockingbirds are raising a family in the crepe myrtle by the pool. We can hear little peeps now when the parents bring food. There are at least two, maybe three babies in the nest. Husband managed to cut the grass without getting harassed by the watchful parents.
