Well i ate 2000 calories yesterday. I did weigh in yesterday though an di had dropped 6 pds. I am at 135 know yeah!! But I am starting to slack off. I know I am. So i need to get back on track. I went and tried on clothes today and still was frustrated when I left. So I know that I don't need to slack off anymore. I was doing so good. Today I have only took in like 1400 calories so that is good. I did excersise yesterday and today. So I hope I can stay strong and when I weigh myself again in 2 weeks I would have lost more weigt and not gained. So WISH ME LUCK!!!!

    It is hard to keep the motivation going and slacking off for a day is probably "normal" just get back on. You're doing great, so don't stop 1/2 way. The clothes trying on probably helped you. I do wish you luck -- and strength and determination. Have a great, healthy and successful week.
