Start of Something Wonderful

I've gained a majority of the weight that I lost this summer, but a lot of things have changed in a good way.
Things have progressed quite nicely with the guy that I met at my job. The wonderful thing is that he accepts me as I am right now which only makes me feel even better about myself and makes me want to be healthier for myself and for him.
I'm going to go back to my gluten-free eating because every bad symptom has returned - horrible cramps, lethargy, acid reflux, headaches. It's unbelievable!
So what is the plan?
* Logging into SparkPeople at least once a day
* Log my food at least 5 times a week
* Do at least 20 minutes of cardio four times a week
I'm keeping my goals simple and attainable because setting goals too high is the quickest road to failure.
This is the year of success.
