Hello, I am the owner of a small Real Estate firm, REMAX Rivergate in the foothills of E TN. I am 39 yrs old and after regular severe headaches I visited the Dr and found I have High BP and a Cholesterol level of 255. Dr placed me on 10mg/day of Lotensin. He says diet and excercise won't help me much since I am not really overweight-(allthough I have become a bit soft in the middle). I would like to prove him wrong if at all possible and dump the meds. So I now need to determine when and how I can begin an excercise plan & implement better dietary habits while constantly on the run.
