Welcome to the team. My only problem area as far as junk food goes is Dunkin Donuts. I don't go into stores so I can just drive through and get a bagel which I only ever eat half of anyway so there's wasted money. I wish you good luck on your journey to get fit. Keep posting for advice and opinions. Denise

Had a surgery in July. The weight has been creeping up on me since then. Think I was nervous about exercising. Not an excuse. Seriously was worried about damaging myself. Lost 100lbs back in 2009....20lbs back in past 3 1/2 months. Gotta get active....

I am Maggie and I am really going to do this this time! I am starting today to get back in shape. I am a mom of 6 and a student at UTTyler. I am also a youth director and a substitute teacher. I am not horribly out of shape but enough that I don't fee like I want to and my clothes are not fitting the way they used to. On my bad days I accuse the closet of shrinking them! LOL!

My goals this week are to eat healthy and only visit the fast food place once. The last two weeks have been disastrous as far as fast food due to my poor planning. I am only going to the grocery store one time for food and will only go back for milk/bread. I am also only going to Wal-Mart once. Whatever we don't get the first time will wait until next week.

I am starting a workout program today and will walk on days that I can in addition to working out.
