hi girls! this seems like a sensible pla nand it so nice not starving myself! i am trying to hit 1500 cals a day. i ma meeting a nutritionist on tues t ohelp me out to gether a food plan. i want this to beceom a lifestyle. exercise is easy- it's eating when i am upset that is the trouble. i know i ca ndo this!!!!! it will be exciting to think of al lhte $$$ i will be saving as i am hoping this is my last wweight loss scheme. how do yo uget a ticker?

You will make new friends on here who are all doing what you are doing, getting healthy, learning a new eating style and who help each other when ever they can. I find using the food tracker as my best tool to use, it keeps me accountable for what I put in my mouth. I also love to belong to some of the teams on here, you can read and post with others to see how they do it and make it through times that are tuff. One of my tricks that I have used that helps me during the evening hours is to crush a glass of ice and I eat it while watching TV or on the computer. This helps me to get that feeling like I am actually eating something and getting my water in at the same time. Good luck with your journey.

Hi there and welcome.

'd suggest you drink your 8 cups of water a day or as much as your body can take, walk about 15 minutes a day to start out with and then gradually increade it to 20 minutes. focus on other things besides food. find things that bring you pleasure to take your mind off of food. chew sugar free gum when the need to binge strikes.
