As many have said...make it a lifestyle change and you will be successful once and for all! Please if you get a chance stop by and read my blogs as I have been ready to give up a few times but making a choice to change how you look at things makes such a huge difference! congratulations on starting again. We have all been there and done that. This last time I had a new attitude, this was a lifestyle change for me. I have no timeline to "must lose by..........." I was a lifetime WW and gained and lost at least 5 times over the years but this time it was different. I decided that I needed to get healthy. No diet for me this was going to be get healthy. Stay within my points and don't get on the scale. I make my weight-loss progress based on how I feel and how my clothes fit. I measure and weigh my portions, track my food, drink my water and exercise. If you do that and give yourself time to lose the weight, slow and steady wins the race, you should succeed and this will be the last time.

Good start for the day. being positive I think is half the battle. Even if you have a set back, look at the brighter side of your day or life and you will get back on track. Always stay positive is what is getting me threw my life style change and weight lose.

Be positive.
Don't call it a Diet.
it is a live it!
Find healthy foods you can enjoy and be excited about eating.
never say never again.
Look at yoru body as a temple for the Lord. Only put good things into it.
Move! Exercise is vital to weight loss. Join a gym if you can or exercise at home if you can't afford a gym.
One day at a time. Don't look backa t prior msitakes or rush your future live for today.
Love yoru body! It's the only one you have.

Take it one day at a time and enjoy the friends and people you will meet. Don't call it a diet or trying to lose weight this is a way of life a change for the better take is slow with baby steps don't go to the store hungry stop bring junk in the house even for the children take a walk daily even if it is only 3 blocks if you have a dog walk it twice a day get a tension band and while you watch tv pull it drink 8 glasses of water daily these little things can help with your way of life change have fun on the spark site it is a good help and remember baby steps is the key you are worth it to be happy healthy and fit emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
