Sun, lol, love when the weather is warm and I don’t need to consider this and during the heat my stiff joins get happy. Love being dressed in Seattle sun rays ✨🌞✨

This is a cheat answer huh? πŸ˜‹

They're a bit pricey, but I got some custom-ish NeoShell Rain Pants from foxwear.net a few years back at the recommendation of some serious long distance bicycle commuters during our monsoon-y season. They're not really cut to be cycling pants but I absolutely love them for walking. The midweight material I got is VERY breathable (fantastic for longer/harder hikes) but it keeps me dry and warm. I have a hard time finding active pants that are big enough for my hips but not made for someone a foot taller than me, so that is part of why I went the custom route. I also had Lou put reflective material on the pockets for extra safety, in case I wear these outside after sunset. Would recommend!

Trench coat that covers you head to your knees. No reason to stop walking because it is raining. It can be a nice refreshing walk.
If you live in Washing you know how to layer and stay warm on the colder days.

keep on track and motivated get your work outs done for the day rain or shine!

I've found that wearing a baseball cap helps shield your eyes from the elements. Combine that with a good REI rain shell & water-proof your sneakers & your set.

I've lived in the PNW for over 10 years ... you'd think I'd have this one figured out! I know that living in this area, you need to just get used to doing stuff in the rain. That includes exercise! Does everyone have a favorite jacket they like to wear when walking/running in the rain, or do you just work out indoors?

I do enjoy being out in the rain, it just annoys me when I'm wearing my glasses. emoticon
