The style of food should be healthy because of the way they cook it. Just walk alot.

One thing is good.......countries like Singapore generally offer very healthy choices for their meals. Stick with what you know and enjoy your time!

Follow your intuition and have a great time. Your body will tell you what you should and shouldn't have. This would be a once in a life time trip if this were me. I'd want to try all the memorable foods that I couldn't get anywhere else in the world. Use your head and your heart to chose. Sometimes one bite is as good as a plate full.
Have a wonderful time and take lots of pictures.

I've no idea what kind of food would be good to eat there but I hope you have a wonderful time.

Hi I'm JEALOUS...I know nothing about food in Singapore but I do know, You'll have a ball. Enjoy.

PS I'm on WW and at our last meeting we talked about eating and vacations. We all get to make choices about what we eat and how much exercise, etc. You can choose to only gain 3 lbs on your trip and that will be great. We all have to live and have fun so make your choices and be happy with that. emoticon
Don't forget to drink your water...
