Do you have unhealthy food in your kitchen or other places around the house, at work, in our vehicles, etc. that you know you should not have? Do you have unhealthy foods that seem to find their way into your home either from your partner/spouse or from you unconsciously buying them and bringing them home? If so, what are some of the most tempting to you and have you found a way to avoid eating them? If so, please share.

OR

Option 2: If you would rather write about a different topic near and dear to your heart, feel free! Just make sure it is not just a picture or a couple sentences.

Visit five BSG team members’ pages (any team…mix it up and visit different ones) and leave a comment on their page, give them a goodie or comment on their activity feed(not just clicking “like”). You get an additional 5 points for EACH BSG team members’ blog you respond to. Responding to the same blog twice does NOT count!

REMEMBER: Do WHAT you can WHEN you can. Don't stress if you can't do everything. Supporting your teammates is the main idea behind the buddy support groups. The challenges are to help us have fun and to help maintain and/or improve our health and fitness.

We have naughty foods in our kitchens or other places around the house, at work, in our vehicles, and we know we should not have it. Maybe it's leftover Easter chocolates lingering on the counter, a candy dish at the office, an open bag of chips in the pantry, peanuts by the soda, ice cream treats in the fridge, a cookie jar on the counter, etc. Each day you keep naughty foods (you know what they are!) out of sight and DO NOT go looking for them, give yourself 10 points - all or nothing!
