Friday - Took a mini-detour on my walk around the pond! I have wanted to check out this statue forever and never want to STOP and walk off my path. Today I did it and took a picture. It's really cool. It's a wood carving of animals.

SUNDAY, TRY A NEW WORKOUT:
today our yoga teacher added in some wonderful new poses to our zoom class. was really wonderful.

MONDAY went another way on my walk :-)

TUESDAY added in body weight resistance strength to yoga emoticon

Wednesday Adding a squirt of essential oil flavored electrolytes to my water today
