Sunday - pretty lazy :(
Monday - walking back and forth making cording for cross-stitch projects
Tuesday - walking back and forth delivering banana bread to neighbors instead of carrying it all at once
Wednesday - making pies and checking backyard

Sunday - paced when brushing my teeth
Monday - carried a basket in drug store
Tuesday - parked at the end of the supermarket lot
Wednesday -danced in the living room and kitchen
Thursday - walked the strip mall rather than move car
Friday -- did wall pushups
Saturday - did stretches after I got out of bed

Sunday - squats/lunges/push-ups on breaks throughout the day
Monday - walk breaks each hour when the fitbit yells at me!
Tuesday - quick exercise/walk breaks outside

SPECIFIC: , Exercise every day, drink more water and Journal food intake. Keep busy.
MEASURABLE: journal water and food intake every day. Write down fitness minutes at the end of each day.
ACHIEVABLE; I will go to the gym 3 days so I can increase my fitness and strength. Two days a week I can walk or bike ride. I can slowly manage my food and water intake. Keep busy through the day so I can't emotional eat.
RELEVENT: To increase my fitness level and stay healthy.

Monday - walked around the block when getting mail
Tuesday - frequent breaks to walk when at my desk
Wednesday - took many flights of stairs

This week's challenge is all about finding "EXTRA CHANCES" to get in short bursts of movement. All those extra steps and little movements will add up! Let's take advantage of those "EXTRA CHANCES" ... here are some examples:
