Monday - 20 seated leg extensions, 20 kickbacks
Tuesday - 2 sets of 20 wall pushups
Wednesday - squats while doing yardwork (lost count)

SPECIFIC: , Exercise every day, drink more water and Journal food intake. Keep busy.
MEASURABLE: journal water and food intake every day. Write down fitness minutes at the end of each day.
ACHIEVABLE; I will go to the gym 3 days so I can increase my fitness and strength. Two days a week I can walk or bike ride. I can slowly manage my food and water intake. Keep busy through the day so I can't emotional eat.
RELEVENT: To increase my fitness level and stay healthy.

This week's challenge is a "STRENGTH TRAINING" challenge. Make this week a "ST WEEK" ... by strength training a different muscle group every day. You can do any ST exercise, any day of the week you choose. You can a do a new one each day, or you can repeat if you wish (just try not to do the same muscle group 2 days in a row). You may also spread the reps out throughout the day, instead of doing them all at once.

Copy & paste the exercises suggested below (or choose your own), and post a goal met emoticon.... or you can come copy & paste the days of the week and come back daily to post what ST exercises you chose during your "ST WEEK." As usual, your challenge, your choice.
