Sunday - eat something healthy
Monday - grateful today
Tuesday - exercise intensity burst while walking
Wednesday - eat something healthy - just harvested lots of veges from our garden to eat
Thursday - doing a good deed for family in need
Friday - eating healthy today
Saturday - stretching time
