***as I'm starting in October, I'm giving myself 1 month to do both Time for Autumn AND Autumnal Equinox Time (tbd), which happens to co-incide with my Autumn5% challenge & Election Season-Vote BidenHarris&Blue All the Way Down the Ballot So Get Out the Vote (each letter is a GOTV shift) but doing that on my page...

SPECIFIC: , Exercise every day, drink more water and Journal food intake. Keep busy.
MEASURABLE: journal water and food intake every day. Write down fitness minutes at the end of each day.
ACHIEVABLE; I will go to the gym 3 days so I can increase my fitness and strength. Two days a week I can walk or bike ride. I can slowly manage my food and water intake. Keep busy through the day so I can't emotional eat.
RELEVENT: To increase my fitness level and stay healthy.

T - Touch Your Toes - didn't realize how stiff I was, but did it finally emoticon
I - Invite A Friend (to walk, etc)- friend walked with Scarlett-dog and me emoticon
M - Make Arm Circles -during commercials emoticon
E - Enjoy the Cooler Weather - easier to walk with a mask on my face emoticon

F - Find Your Favorite Activity - walking outdoors and enjoying nature emoticon
O - Overhead Press - very difficult and only did 5 but did it emoticon
R - Reach Up/Stretches - helped with unkinking my shoulders emoticon

A Alternating Hamstring Curls- had to be careful, didn't cause spasms emoticon
U - Upper Body Exercise - downsizing - lifted and carried more boxes emoticon
T T-Stand (yoga) - don't do yoga, so spent time stretching more emoticon
U - Uppercuts/shadow boxing - took out frustration with this exercise emoticon
