Your challenge this week is to "GIVE UP" something that's not-so-healthy, that you think you can't live without for a week. But you can!

Maybe you'll want to "GIVE UP" added sugar, white bread, junk food, candy, soft drinks, whatever you feel would be an un-healthy habit deserving of stopping for just 1 week.
