You guys are doing GREAT! I am afraid my week was super busy and a lot of good habits get dropped when I get super busy. I also sort of forgot about the challenge so I will start back today. bedtime yoga workout by fashionjogger- to much activity for a nighttime workout but it was good
New ab workout - super easy. I like this one.
