Might make this a mantra this year, but more about yoga, excercise, strength, ....cardio...aerobics.......

Jan-July fitness goal = PUSH-UPS! Starting with my age (now 58) wall push-ups....

E - Eat lots of freggies today - 12/28 Stuffed my coconut wrap again with lots of fruit, cauliflower tots, veggies on burger and sweet potato for dinner.
S - Squeeze in some strength training today - 12/29 30 min Strength Training Fat Blaster with Joanna Soh
I - Increase your sleep hours tonight -12/30 sleep most of the day so sleep is off!
C - Chew your food slowly today - 12/31 I eat like a turtle - easy peasy
A - Add more protein & fiber today - 1/1 lite appetite. Need to pump up the protein.
