Monday - Shopping with my daughter.
Tuesday -

SPECIFIC: , Exercise every day, drink more water and Journal food intake. Keep busy.
MEASURABLE: journal water and food intake every day. Write down fitness minutes at the end of each day.
ACHIEVABLE; I will go to the gym 3 days so I can increase my fitness and strength. Two days a week I can walk or bike ride. I can slowly manage my food and water intake. Keep busy through the day so I can't emotional eat.
RELEVENT: To increase my fitness level and stay healthy.

Every day this week, schedule some "SPECIAL TIME” ... just for you! Do something that relaxes you. It could be a hobby, a peaceful walk, a bike ride, listening to music, reading a good book, or talking to a friend.

Engaging in activities purely for pleasure is an important part of maintaining good emotional and mental health. And anticipating something fun can get you up in the morning and keep you going through the day.

Simply copy & paste the days of the week, then come back here & post daily what you did for your “SPECIAL TIME.” (or just post an emoticon if you prefer)
