“EACH DAY OF THE WEEK” is different & special in its own way. Some days you have time for working out, some days you don't but maybe those days are meant for pampering. This week challenge is to pay close attention to how you feel “EACH DAY OF THE WEEK," and challenge yourself accordingly.

You do not need to do what is suggested for each day, that particular day . . . switch it up, if you wish. The adjective or the day is just there for "humor." For example, if you "strength train" on Sunday instead of Tuesday, then simply mark your goal-met emoticon by "Terrific Tuesday" when that one is completed. . It doesn't matter when you do them.

Copy & paste, come back to post your goal met emoticon whenever you complete them. Just try do do something different "EACH DAY OF THE WEEK," to practice those healthy habits.
