SPECIFIC: , Exercise every day, drink more water and Journal food intake. Keep busy.
MEASURABLE: journal water and food intake every day. Write down fitness minutes at the end of each day.
ACHIEVABLE; I will go to the gym 3 days so I can increase my fitness and strength. Two days a week I can walk or bike ride. I can slowly manage my food and water intake. Keep busy through the day so I can't emotional eat.
RELEVENT: To increase my fitness level and stay healthy.

As we celebrate Valentine’s Day, it seems natural to think about what you can do “4-U-HEART.” If you can tackle just one heart-healthy habit a day, you can keep doing what’s good “4-U-HEART” all week long.

So your challenge this week is to do at least 1 heart-healthy habit each day of the week, although you may certainly do more than 1 a day, if you choose.
