Monday - Jigsaw
Tuesday - finished painting room.
Wednesday - Finished jigsaw after gym
Thursday - going to physio before shopping.

SPECIFIC: , Exercise every day, drink more water and Journal food intake. Keep busy.
MEASURABLE: journal water and food intake every day. Write down fitness minutes at the end of each day.
ACHIEVABLE; I will go to the gym 3 days so I can increase my fitness and strength. Two days a week I can walk or bike ride. I can slowly manage my food and water intake. Keep busy through the day so I can't emotional eat.
RELEVENT: To increase my fitness level and stay healthy.

MY TIME OUTS

Sunday - crocheting on a zigzag throw for grand=daughter, Jenni.
Monday - reading in Alfred Edersheim's book, The Temple, Its Ministry and Services.
Tuesday - watching a favorite movie - Iron Man.
Wednesday - watched a movie on youtube.com. For All Time (2000)
Thursday - crocheting more on Jenni's throw - almost finished.
Friday - started a new series on Acorn - A Place Called Home.
Saturday - binge watched my series.
Sunday - started crocheting a zigzag throw for myself.

TIME OUT
Sunday - went out to the farm for a big walk
Monday - first day back in the yoga studio after months of ZOOM. Yoga is definitely my ME time!
Tuesday - more than an hour of quiet reading time in the middle of the day
Wednesday - had a wee nap!
Thursday - yoga class, nice walk outdoors, read my books
Friday - DH and I went out for lunch (gasp!) and I bought myself 2 new t-shirts
Saturday- first bike ride of 2021!

Your Challenge this week is to take a "TIME-OUT" ... instead of comforting yourself with food. Literally, give yourself a quick break (ie a "TIME-OUT") before grabbing that doughnut, potato chip, candy bar, or other tempting food....the craving may just pass afterall.

Instead, take that "TIME-OUT" and do something else, like play a computer game, read a magazine, watch TV, listen to music, take a walk, do a craft, maybe spark a little...you get the idea.

Copy & paste the days of the week, and then come back daily & post what you did instead, for your "TIME-OUT." Let's share our ideas about what to do instead of comforting ourselves with food.
