Your challenge this week is to "EXERCISE-ON-THE-GO." Sometimes it is hard to actually get to the gym or set aside a certain amount of time at home to exercise. However, I'll bet you are often on-hold while on the phone, or waiting in long lines at the store, or even sitting in traffic.

Here are some cardio & strength training moves that can do, whenever you have to "EXERCISE-ON-THE-GO."
