emoticon I agree with some of these but, protein at night? I plan enough time to read a chapter or two in a Good book. The fan is great and the white noise are all great ideas!

SLEEP TIGHT

I rarely have trouble falling asleep, and I know that makes me a very lucky person!

Saturday - Try to keep my eyes open long enough to read a few pages of my book...
Sunday - same as Saturday.
Monday - went to bed early - still couldn’t keep my eyes open. I think I am conditioned to fall asleep as soon as I combine pillow, blanket, library book....
Tuesday - had a restless night. I find it easy to fall asleep, but some nights it is not so easy to STAY asleep.
Wednesday - I woke up several times through the night, but was always able to go right back to sleep.
Thursday - for some reason I had a wee bit of a problem getting to sleep tonight. I couldn’t keep my eyes open, then once I turned off the light, I just felt itchy and hot. So I recited states and capitols, and got to the Cs (Hartford, Connecticut to be exact). Did the trick, and real quick!
Friday - yes, I am indeed a lucky sleeper!

Saturday -had lavender candle on before going to bed emoticon
Sunday - window open in bedroom emoticon
Monday - baked cracker and cheese slice emoticon
Tuesday - read non-fiction book, well started it emoticon
Wednesday - had a massage emoticon
Thursday - put my sound machine on and it did help emoticon
Friday - slept with window open emoticon
