There are some days that I don't even turn on my computer but I am going to try and come here everyday this week. Currently we are in a short lull until we find our perfect home in Montana. When that happens it will be chaos again.

"TECH BREAKS"

Sunday - played with MIL's dog, took him for a walk, stood outside and enjoyed my MIL's company.
Monday - played with the pup again, had a visit with family.
Tuesday - walked the pup
Wednesday - I played with the pup again, he is my strength trainer, lol!
Thursday -Same
Friday - Dropped off paperwork, money, applications for loans, appraisals and the lot rent, then I did a little shopping.
Saturday - Took an extra long shower.

Your challenge this week is to take little "TECH BREAKS" everyday. Taking little "TECH BREAKS" from screen-time eases eyestrain, restores creativity, and could help reduce the risk of being sedentary.

You could do some journaling or reading, take a short walk, chat on the phone, take a nap, play with the dog/cat, have a cup of tea, or simply go up & down the stairs for your "TECH BREAKS." Your challenge ... your choices.

Copy the days of the week, and for accountability, come back here daily ... to post your "TECH BREAKS" this week.
