Sunday - added more cardio by walking more each time I went out emoticon
Monday - didn't eat any processed foods emoticon
Tuesday - no 2nd helping of anything emoticon
Wednesday - complete tracking emoticon
Thursday - did intervals walking, Scarlett dog isn't understand emoticon
Friday - tracked all food and drink emoticon
Saturday - exercised 20 minutes longer emoticon
