My health had me out of the game for almost half of this year... I've gotten 31 miles so far so I'm changing my goal from 500 miles to 250 plus the miles I've gone so I'll round it to 280 mile goal for the year. I've worked out some here and there and kept track of it, but I'm not going to go back and put it all on here, I'm just going to start where I'm at.

Last year I only counted running and walking. this year I'm going to count biking and swimming as well because my running will be limited.
Since it's easier to achieve miles with biking than it is with walking and running I'm going to shoot for:
