Although Exercise alone will not work if you don’t change your eating habits. It is an important addition to being healthier. Exercise can increase metabolism, or how many calories you burn in a day. It can also help you maintain and increase lean body mass, which also helps increase number of calories you burn each day. A lifestyle that includes exercise will help you to maintain weight loss. A healthier lifestyle as we age that includes exercise is important as research has shown that regular physical activity improves quality of life for older adults and decreases the risk of cardiovascular disease and many other illnesses and disabilities.

Sparkpage says “A fitness minute is one minute of any type of activity related to exercise. This can include steps, cardio, strength training, high-intensity activity, stretching, sports, and even heavy housework and other "practical" activities that require exertion.”

Week Two is to do at least 10 Fitness Minutes a day. Your choice, your level of exertion.
