I want to participate altho I don't have exact figures to start with. I'm on vacation since March 3 - I did weigh before leaving so will use that number for March 10.

Your Healthy Habit: Long walks on the beach as often as possible (or wherever/whenever) while on vacation and continue walking at home after vacarion.
Start weight March 10: 131
Mid Challenge March 25: 133.5 (oops! Too much vacation eating!)

Hi we are 30 days away from Easter. Let’s do a quick 30 day Healthy Habit Challenge to see if we can drop some weight and learn a healthy habit before Good Friday. Choose a healthy habit to work towards your goal.
