Done with day 2. It was much easier today than the last time.

I will do one thing today to make my life better.

I started week three today and it totally kicked my butt! Who knew one more set of 5 minutes could be so brutal. Hopefully it gets better....

Awesome! I just started running 3 weeks ago. I run/walk for about an hour and go about 3.5 miles. I working to improve my time so I can do it without having to walk. Until then, I'm loving it. Keep going !!!

Boy did you hit the nail on the head!

Some days I do feel "light and breezy".

Other days it feels like my legs have turned into tree trunks or I am trying to run through quick sand! emoticon

Thank goodness day 2 was a breezy one LOL! Kind of hard to believe that after day three we are close to the halfway point of the program. Yay, I am going to do this! emoticon

I made it through day 1... a bit slower than I would have liked, but it wasn't bad. It is funny how one day you can feel so light and breezy through a run, then the next you feel so heavy and it takes everything you have to keep going. I guess the key is just to keep going.

I was week 3 day 2 yesterday and it was rough for me but for several reasons. My legs just felt like a 'TON" of weight all day. My arch and my knee wasn't feeling quite right either. I started out just going to walk a bit but did complete my jog but had to slow it way down and just feel it out. Toward the end I had to walk more as my foot started bothering me more but I was happy that I finished it out and listened to my body as I went along.

Not every run is going to be easy, great or fun. We all have runs that just aren't good.

I think we all just have those days where it is just plain old hard to get moving and keep moving. I was like that Monday which was my day1 week3. I feel sure things will be better on day 2.

I am on to week 3 today. I am a bit nervous because in Week 2, Days 1 and 2 went great, but for some reason I barely made it though Day 3. I am not sure if it was just an off day or what. Regardless, I am looking forward to today. I think I should be able to handle the extra time without issue!!
