I feel so good that I completed week 3! I've improved on mileage and time. It's funny cause as I run and do the workout I just keep saying to myself "it's not about how fast I go...just keep going". I haven't stopped or given up yet! I'm so proud of myself. Running 2 minutes was a challenge but now I'm confident I can do 3 minutes. Thank you SP for all of your support and encouragement to everyone who are at different levels of fitness!

Be blessed cause I know I am!

First off, I'm jealous of your hill....but not your wind .... LOL

You could stay on the same week if you wanted too. This program is more of a guideline. You have to do what works best for you. Some people stay on the same week for weeks at a time before moving on. Or you can slow down your pace a little. Walk a little more or run a little less. The important thing is to just keep getting out there.

I am managing to do about 2.1 miles at the end of week 3. But it is hard going. The area I live in is quite hilly at one point I have a 1/3 mile up a 10% gradient. It is quite windy most of the time to. I was wondering if it maybe best to stick on week 3 and try to improve before moving on to week 4. Any advice?

Week 3 is done. It was good. I was tired after each day but I did it. I am very nervous about running for 3 minutes. It was hard to do 2 minutes. I am up for the challenge. I just have to pace myself. It is not about speed it is all about getting healthy.

My week 3 mileage is about 2 miles. I had to work for it though!

I think if you are feeling good, then you are doing great!

Well done!

You are a fast runner! :) I've been getting about 1.7 miles in during week 3. Today is my last day, and I'm HOPING that I can push that up to almost 2 miles. :) Looks like you're doing a great job!

Great job! I honestly can't say that I know if I did or not. But I don't think that's anything to be worried about, if you're following the program and feeling good and still making that distance then you're doing great!

I finally think I will be able to finish the program this time, which is fantastic. I was so happy that this last run was a breeze to complete. It felt amazing to be able to push myself on intervals and be able to completely handle it.

My only concern is milage...I ran/walked nearly 5k on this run. Is this something anyone else has experienced?
