I am in Week 3 Day 2 ... Well have to see Day 3 if I am ready for Week 4. Yesterday I did boo boo of hitting incline on the treadmill of struggling of thinking I am having off day, I was bit puzzled cause Day 1 wasn't that bad but didn't realize until I was all done, lol! I warm up 5-7 mins. Then cool down at least 5 mins.

I do a 5 minute warm up and cool down- both at a slower walking pace than I do with the intervals.

I don't think there is any harm in adding extra time to the warm up or cool down.
Just go easy with them.

Im repeating week three. Im not quite ready for 4 . Today when I did day1 of week three my total workout time was 37 minutes. I do a 5 minutes warm up then add extra 2 minutes to the cool down. Does anyone else extend the workout ? Should I maybe stick to it or should I try and move on to week 4?
