I only hope I am as motivated by finishing this week 3, as I am by starting it today. I still don't call myself a runner.

Thank you for the support, guys!

Wrar! I just finished Week 3 and I am feeling fine! Today was my last day of Week 3 and, to push myself, I did two extra sets! How empowering! I'm still intimidated by next week, but I am all kinds of excited, too! Catch you all in Week 4!

Congratulations! Isn't it a great feeling to be able to run. It is by far the best choice I've made for myself in the last 10 years.

emoticon Hello Week 3 people! emoticon

I am now one of you! Me! The Chubby Fencer that didn't think she could run!

I can't believe I'm here and staying strong! Today was my first day on Week 3 and I did it! I did it and it was not as hard as starting Week 2...likely because we just add one more interval this week. I have been improving my speed gradually - I run on a loop and have been noticing myself be carried farther each time I run.

I can't wait to read these posts of mine in 5 more weeks. I wonder if I will recognize myself!
