You guys are awesome. Just started week 3 here. I do my runs a bit differently: walk for 3 mins, run for 7 mins and walk for 2, run for 7 minutes more. I find it hard to run continuously, which is what I'd like to do. Any tips on how to keep going?

So I spent about 5 workouts and 2 1/2 real weeks on week two and finally nailed it, no gasping for breath or feeling like I needed to shave seconds off the runs. It took some time because I am enjoying a Lot of cross training. I think I will be ok for one more interval. I just am not ready for longer jogs but the week three workout sounds doable.

A lifestyle change is still one day at a time.
