Jan 8 178.4 (still Ontario scale. But my weight has been swinging up and down 3 lbs this week. Donít know if it is me or the scale).

Jan 15 180 (still Ontario scale. Iím still getting that 3 lb swing. I really donít think itís me. I think itís the scale. Iíll be up 3 lbs one day, down 3 the next. My weight never does this. I know water retention could do this, but it never happens like this at home. Scale here might need new battery.)

Jan 22 177.4 (still Ontario scale. Iíve been sick with a bad cold for the last week - so in Ontario, but not able to see my parents. Frustrating!)

Jan 29 176.6. (Back in BC. This is home scale)
Jan 31 177.2

Who Hoo! Iím down 5 lbs from this time last January. Not a lot, but going in the right direction.

Audrey - so sorry you have had the flu. Iím guessing that all that lying around doesnít help weight either. Unbelievably I am still not totally over that cold yet. Itís mostly gone, but Iím still a bit congested. Canít wait to feel back to normal again!

A little late posting this

Jan. 1 - 165

Definitely need a game plan. There is a FREE Zumba class Thurs nights that I'm thinking of looking into. Also need to get back into regular Walking & Aquafit. Have let these 2 slip a bit .

So let's make January the month we get back on track. We can do this ladies!!

This morning I weighed 168.2 (Jan 2)! So this will be interesting.....jumps like this make me think I'm holding water....Dorothy is right - writing out a 'game plan' can help you keep on track!
