End of May update:

My May goal, get below 200!
May 1 - 206.6

I lost 12.8 lbs. Woo hoo!

I reduced carbs (not keto), ate no bread or cereal, reduced processed or refined foods from my diet, no snacks, and 2-3 meals in an 8 hour eating window, leaving 16 hours of intermittent fasting (mostly as I slept!). I am reading and researching advice from Canadian Dr. Jason Fung from Toronto. Very interesting, and it seems to work for me. There is a small SP group/team for this. I so walk 10,000 steps tracking with a Fitbit, and try to drink 8 glasses or water per day. Twenty pounds down, twenty to go. See you again in the June Challenge!

Update 2:: still stress eating
Update: the situation with my parents continues. I am not handling it well. Eating too much. Not exercising. I have to try to turn this around.

My goals for the month has changed. My father in Ontario went into hospital on Monday. Not Covid. I am not flying out- I cannot visit him in the hospital or my mother in the home. It is very stressful. So my new goal is - no massive weight gains this month.

Today is our anniversary and we had Chinese Take out, and enjoyed it with Dh's Bro and SIL. It was sooooo good but really don't want to step on the scale tomorrow morning!! Even so, I am down from April 1 and that's a good thing.
