Ok, I have to be honest. This routine was just a bit too much for me to handle and it appears that the rest of you have had problems with it. I have been working on a few others that seem to be a better fit for you, so maybe you'll agree with me. I'll be posting it here tomorrow so we can begin again with a new week. Sound like a plan?

I didn't get the routine in yesterday. Too busy watching the Hawks and then the SuperBowl. But I did get the routine done today. LOVE IT! I will be doing it each and every day, how bout you?

Ok, I'm going to try to do this routine between the Blackhawks game and the SuperBowl, both being played today. Wish me luck. I'll be back with my progress!

Ok, don't know bout you but I get emails from Silver Sneakers and they gave me the following 15 minute yoga routine that I'm going to give a try, starting today. I need a change from my regular yoga routine so I thought this would add some newness to it all. Good luck all and remember to be accountable by inputting your progress here as you go through this upcoming week.
